由中华人民共和国科学技术部主办，杨凌示范区国际交流中心承办，为期20天的援外培训项目“农业生产环境调控新技术国际培训班”将于2010年8月19日—9月7日在杨凌举办。培训班招生工作现已正式启动，至2010年6月20日截止。
本期培训班设置了世界农业生产面临的主要环境问题、作物养分调控技术、设施农业技术、小流域农业环境调控措施等专题，拟招收来自其他发展中国家相关领域大学、科研机构的农业专家、专业技术人员、项目官员、项目协调员、非政府组织工作人员。要求申请人员具备以下条件：（1）国外具有大学及以上学历；（2）从事相关领域工作三年以上；（3）英语听、说、读、写流畅；（4）年龄不超过45岁。欢迎符合条件的有关人员报名或推荐合适人选报名参加。

International Training Workshop on Agricultural Environment Control Technology
Dear Sir or Madam,
Yangling Demonstration Zone of Agricultural Hi-tech Industries, one of the 54 state level hi-tech zones in China, focuses on agricultural research, education, technology and industrial development. Boasting institutions of high education and over 5,000 agricultural professionals and scientists, Yangling is reputed as the agricultural research center in China. Every year Yangling hosts some international conferences, seminars, training courses, forums, etc.
The International Training Workshop on Agricultural Environment Control Technology, sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology of
China and organized by Yangling International Exchange Center, will be held from Aug.19 to Sep.7, 2010 in Yangling, China. At the workshop, participants will learn about the challenges and the control technologies in agricultural environment through lectures and field visits. It will also provide opportunities for participants to exchange views and share experience.
Chinese Government will cover accommodation, local transportation and training expenses for the participants from developing countries. For details of the workshop, such as application procedures and requirements, please see the documents attached along with this. We warmly welcome specialists, technicians, experts and officers from universities, research institutes, NGOs, agencies or companies to apply for the workshop.
