针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，陕西省已于1月25日启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，杨凌示范区各项疫情防控工作有序展开。在此，我们向在杨凌的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：
To cope with the pneumonia outbreak caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Shaanxi Province launched the highest- level (Level I) response to major public health emergencies on January 25, 2020.Yangling Demonstration Zone have attached high importance to the issue and has made concerted and coordinated prevention and control efforts. The Foreign Affairs Office of Yangling Demonstration Zone hereby sends the following messages to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Yangling：
一、做好自我防护
保持良好的个人卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出时佩戴医用防护口罩，废弃口罩规范投放。注意居所卫生，适当开窗通风。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。
1.Keep good personal hygiene
Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub. Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to the designated garbage bin. Please keep the room clean and open the window for fresh air from time to time. Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Cut eating cold and under-cooked food. Have thoroughly cooked food and drink more hot water.
二、减少外出活动
尽量不要外出，避免前往人员密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动。
2.Reduce or avoid outdoor activities
Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other group activities.
三、不适及时就诊
若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到杨凌示范区医院就诊。
3.Check your health condition regularly
Please measure your body temperature on a regular basis. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at Yangling Hospital.
四、参加联防联控
如果近期曾赴访疫情高发地区，或接触过这些地区来杨凌的人员，请第一时间电话向当地指定医院或外事部门报告，同时要密切注意身体状况，多居家休息，少外出活动。当政府、社区和医疗机构人员做疫情防控登记询问时，请予以理解支持并配合做好工作。
4.Be responsible and cooperative
In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the designated local hospitals or foreign affairs office by phone as early as possible. Then heed perso-nal health more, stay athome for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.
五、及时关注权威信息发布
请关注陕西省人民政府办公厅“陕西发布”微信公众号、陕西省卫健委官方网站等，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方权威信息通报。外国人员如有发热（体温≥37.3℃）、咳嗽、气短等症状，请立即拨打120联系就诊（定点医院：杨凌示范区医院，电话：029-87018116），所在涉外有关单位在及时向示范区卫生防疫部门报告的同时，应向示范区外办报告.示范区外办开通24小时咨询求助热线，电话：15829636302，传真：029-87036061。
5.Follow the latest updates from the authorities
Please follow the WeChat account of Shaanxi People’s Government “Shaanxi Release”, or the news on the official website of Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission to obtainthe latest updates. Call 120 for immediate treatment of foreigners with fever (body temperature ≥37.3 ℃), cough , shortness of breath and other symptoms ( designated hospital: Yangling Demonstration Zone Hospital, Tel: 87018116).
